A zine about 15 memories that happened over summer. 15 artists, each has a single roll. This is their summer.
As a photographer, what is this?
Document & Share part of your summer. It can be vacations on the other side of the world. Or it can be a week off the grid in a cabin. Or some time in the mountains or by the beach. It could be your best hike or your lamest surf session. Or just your staycation.
You have 36 shots, pick some, write about it and about yourself. That’s it. Super simple and fun. Goal is to enjoy and share. Isn’t it always the goal with your camera?
What do we do for real?
Basically:
- Document a summer memory on film.
- Pick a few of your favorite shots from that roll.
- Write a small/long text documenting it.
- Write a small intro about you.
- If you want a specific layout for the zine, let’s chat
PS: Zine design is not done at all, nor is the title final. This is just a draft in my head right now and I would love feedback, ideas or even participation to this.
